Jeremy B. Diaz

Jeremy B. Diaz is a California native born and raised in the shadows of Dodger Stadium. Some years later, the Diaz family relocated to the suburbs. As a young man, Jeremy fell in love with the ocean. On a one-week stay in Newport Beach, Jeremy was introduced to Orange County. Immediately Jeremy knew where he wanted to live. He left L.A County and never went back.  Orange County became his home and lives by the ocean to this day. Jeremy has been involved in Real Estate activities since 1998. In 2003 Jeremy received his California Real Estate License.

In 2017 Jeremy was introduced to an up-and-coming company, “The IVRI Group”. He was very intrigued with this particular office; the broker, the owners, the management, and the people. The IVRI Group’s model was unique from traditional Real Estate offices. So, in 2019, Jeremy moved his license to, The IVRI Group. Today Jeremy with Tammy proudly hang their licenses with The IVRI Group. Jeremy is also one of the office trainers and holds several monthly workshops.

Tammy Lutz

Tammy Lutz is a California native; born and raised in the San Fernando Valley.   Her family relocated to the beachside communities of Laguna Niguel/Dana Point where she still lives today.  Her passion has always been the beach. Living in south Orange County provided very close access to the water!

In 2005 Tammy pursued the Real Estate business.  She first, went to in-classroom study to get her Real Estate Appraisal license.  While waiting for the appraisal exam date, she studied for the Real Estate Sales exam.  Passing both exams, the first time, she launched a new career. 

Tammy’s Sales license was held by a very renowned Real Estate Broker for 12 years.  The IVRI Group now holds her license. Tammy and Jeremy have been working together for many years. They have a great referral base and work well as a team.
